Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - Phu Quoc IslandYou'll arrange a taxi from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City to the nearby airport, where you'll take a flight to Phu Quoc Island. On arrival, you'll organise your own transfer to your beach resort hotel on peaceful Ong Lang beach. Both transfers will be very easy to arrange. You'll stay in enchanting and tastefully furnished bungalows on Phu Quoc Island. There's an excellent restaurant with sparkling seaviews for sunset dinners, and fresh fish is a regular feature on the menu. |

Days 2 and 3: Phu Quoc IslandToday, you can just stretch out on a white sandy beach on Phu Quoc Island or rock gently in a hammock under the palm trees with a book. If you're feeling lively, you can swim, or even take a dive to explore the underwater world. There's a diving school on the island, and it's very easy to arrange lessons.In 2001, almost 70% of Phu Quoc Island in Vietnam was given National Park status, so the ecosystems on the island have been completely preserved. It is mountainous and almost completely covered in rainforest, with a number of natural springs for a quick refreshing dip. The best known spring on Phu Quoc Island is called the Suoi Da Ban (also called Stony Surface Stream). On Day 3 of your stay, you'll take a boat trip from Phu Quoc Island to the An Thoi Islands - 15 tiny land masses that lie off the south coast. The trip is a perfect opportunity to swim, snorkel or simply snooze in the sun. You'll sail on a traditional wooden boat and a tasty lunch of fresh local fish will be served on board. |
Day 4: Phu Quoc Island - Ho Chi Minh CityToday, you'll leave your footsteps in the sands of Phu Quoc Island for the last time. After breakfast, you'll head back to Ho Chi Minh City and the bustle of the mainland. You can easily arrange a transfer to the airport on Phu Quoc Island. From here, the speedy domestic flight back to Ho Chi Minh City takes less than an hour. Of course, you're perfectly welcome to extend your stay on Phu Quoc Island Vietnam. Just let us know, and we'll make the arrangements on your behalf. |
