Customer Feedback
Since the launch of Vietnam Travel Plan, hundreds of customers have travelled to Vietnam with our short Vietnam tours or our holidays in Vietnam and have come back smiling. Here is a snippet of the fantastic feedback that we have received from our returning travellers, and we’re constantly updating this page to squeeze in the positive comments as they come our way.
As a small, ethical company, we really do listen to the feedback of our customers. This means that we regularly update and review the accommodation and the activities that we offer in order to give you the best Vietnam holiday we possibly can.
General Comments
To sum it all up, we just had the best holiday ever. We had an absolutely amazing trip. Vietnam is a beautiful country with amazing people. It has a long and interesting history, good and bad, and has an amazing blend of cultures. The food was incredible and we loved every minute of it. C Britton
There were too many great experiences to mention. All of the trips had very informative and friendly guides. With such a choice for each of these trips, it was clear that the quality was worth paying for. The groups were a good size also.I liked the idea of bite-size modules that could be used to make up an adventure holiday. After seeing other people in Vietnam being ferried around like lemmings in tour groups, i was very glad not to be part of this. Andreas S
We’re used to being independent travellers, and hadn’t had time to research the places, the hotels and visits. We’d lived in Asia and knew that it wasn’t always easy to quickly find the information you want. We didn’t want to have to be making decisions every day once there, or risk a dodgy company. We thought the itinerary was spot on. We never felt rushed and it was nice to explore the cities at our own pace. The additional group trips fit in perfectly. – Neil W.
We did consider ourselves to be a little old to be taking on this kind of trip, but it was fantastic, everything went to plan, all the tickets were available with no problem, all the trips ran exactly to plan. We felt quite confident in Vietnam and had no problems at all we would certainly use the company again! – Gerald DWe had a great time in Vietnam. All over the country we met very friendly people, and even though they hardly spoke any English, it wasn’t a problem to communicate. Good. We were especially impressed with the agent who met us from the airport at Ho Chi Minh City because he gave us lots of useful tips which were helpful for the whole holiday eg. which taxi companies were safe to use; paying in the taxi…. Margaret G

Individual Module Feedback
Anchors Away in Halong Bay
The Halong Bay trip was very picturesque and a very high quality. Good service and excellent food. Andreas S.
The excursion was great from start to finish – picked up from and dropped off at our hotel in a small minibus and a helpful guide and the well-chosen junk ship and crew were just fab which made the whole experience very special. The food (6-course seafood feasts for lunch and dinner) were also amazing. Nicola F.
Ha Long Bay was amazingly different with excellent boat accommodation and very sociable. Robert T.
Classic Hoi An
Our highlight would be the time spent in Hoi An. Our hotel was fantastic and the small town was beautiful and charming. The sea was close by for a walk along a nearly deserted beach. Neil W.
Hammocks on Palm Island
We enjoyed being on the small island in our bamboo hut. Boxing Day came with beautiful sunshine and humidity you could cut with a knife but it didn’t slow us down. We did a 2 hour hike around the whole island which included a lot of jungle, a lot of butterflies, beautiful scenery of the surrounding floating fishing villages and a 360 degree view of the island.
